One step nearer

You may recall in a previous post that I mentioned I wanted to find a use for vintage ties...well I now have a small collection and have decided to stitch them all together to make a tie skirt!  At first I thought I could put all random colours together but it turns out that looks really like a hotchpotch of nothingness so after humming and huffing I realised I needed to group them by colour so I am now planning to do a blue skirt and a brown one......however I am just short of a few ties of each colour so depending on what I collect first will determine what I start with. Getting there though
